Today in Slovakia worn tires are recycled in two ways: by co-incineration in cement factories and mechanically. By incineration of tires in cement factories tires are used as a heat source, thus they are incinerated. In the process of mechanical processing products are manufactured from rubber cuttings, which are used as underlays, for example on sports fields.
